Congress Language
Congress language will be English. Simultaneous translation will be provided from English to Turkish, Turkish to English.

Information can be obtained from your nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate whether visa is required for your entry to Turkey or not.
 
Climate
The average air temperature in April in Antalya is 23ºC during day time and 18ºC in the evenings.
 
Electricity
The electricity in Turkey is 220V AC. Most of the hotels have 110V converters in the rooms available for guest use.
 
Local Time
The time in Turkey is 2 hours ahead of GMT.
 
Currency Exchange
The currency unit is the Turkish Lira (TL). Convertible foreign currency may be exchanged at the airport, hotels, banks and exchange bureaus at the current exchange rates.
The rates are announced daily.
 
Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted at the hotels, restaurants and stores.
 
Insurance
The congress organizers can not accept liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belonging to the congress participants (or their accompanying persons) either during or as a result of the meeting.
 
Certificate of Attendance
To receive Congress Certificate, registered participants are invited to attend at least 70% of the Scientific Programme.
 
Abstract Submission
You may find information and submit your abstract/s through Congress web page till November 29, 2010. Please note that all abstracts submitted till November 29, 2010 will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and notification of acceptance/rejection letters will be sent by e-mail.
 
Awards
Innovative Paper Award : 1.000.-Euro
Best Presentation Award : 1.500.-Euro
Best Research Award : 3.000.-Euro ('Multicenter double blind randomised controlled trial ' level-1 studies)
Submissions will be rated by the Faculty.
