• Above rates are do not include VAT (18%) and will be added.
• Registration and accommodation rates are package rates including minimum 2 (two) nights staying at Congress Hotels in all inclusive concept and Congress registration fee.
• Congress registration fee includes attendance to welcome cocktail, gala dinner, coffee breaks during the meeting, entrance to Congress venue and Exhibition area, Congress materials such as congress bag, pocket programme and name badge.
• For each room only one Congress registration fee has been included to the package rates.
• Minimum two-night accommodation (Check in: April 1, 2011 – Check out: April 3, 2011) will be charged even for less staying.
• In double room one child between 0-12 years old and second child between 0-2 years old free. First child 12 and over, second child over 2 age will be charged as extra bed.
• The Congress Hotels are based on all inclusive which means all food and beverages taken during your stay at the hotel is included. Please check the Congress web page for free services.
• Please note that the reduced fee applies only if both the registration and Hotel reservation forms and payments has been received by the deadline date.
• The registrations and hotel bookings will be made on first come – first served basis.

• The payment transfer form should clearly state the name(s) of the participant(s)
and the “'ISMISS Congress in Turkey”
• Any money transfer deduction will be charged on arrival.
• Please note that registration & hotel booking can only be accepted and confirmed
upon receiving the completed registration form (by fax or e-mail to the Congress
Secretariat or by submitting online via website www.ismissturkey.org) and receipt
of full payment. As soon as the Congress Secretariat has received your payment, a
letter of confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

 
Cancellation Policy

• Notification of all cancellations and changes must be received in writing.
• Refund fee, less a 50% administrative charge and the bank remittance expenses,
will be applied to cancellations before January 1, 2011.
• Cancellations after January 1, 2011 will not be refunded.
• All refunds will be reimbursed after the congress.
