We would like to invite our colleagues to attend the Pre-Congress Hands-on Workshop which will be held at Akdeniz University Anatomy Laboratory on April 1, 2011.






 
Course Goal:
To become fully convenient and receive first phase training on how to perform foraminal and endoscopic spinal surgeries.
 
Maximum participant:
Limited with 50 participants.

Course fee:  
Before January 14, 2011  275.00Euro.
After January 14, 2011     325.00Euro.
On-site registration fee     375.00Euro.

*Only ISMISS Turkey 2011 registered participants can register to the Hands-on Cadaver Workshop.

*Please note that the reduced fee applies only if both the registration forms and payment has been received by the deadline date.

Transfer fee:
Included to the Course registration, from Congress Hotel to Akdeniz University and back.

Equipments:
Each participant will receive Cadaver Hands on Workshop guide and set of glove, mask and gown during the course. Participants are advised to bring their own hand sets and protective eye wear.
 
Certificates:
You may collect your certificates from the ISMISS Turkey 2011 Congress registration Desk, located at Congress Venue, on April 3, 2011 together with your Congress Certificate.
